CREATIVE PROCESSING CHALLENGE: PROCRASTINATION & PERFECTIONISM

 

Step 1: Before engaging in the exercises, set this intention:

  • The purpose of [WRITING/CREATING] is to process [PROCRASTINATION & PERFECTIONISM] and reframe [MY PERSPECTIVE TO TAKE MEANINGFUL ACTION].

  • When we approach creative processing with intention, we open ourselves up to real transformation.

 

Step 2: Where are you waiting?

  • Identify areas in your life where you’re waiting for the “perfect” moment to take action (career, health, relationships, creativity, etc.).

  • Ask yourself: What small step can I take today?

 

Step 3: List Small Steps Forward

  • Take one of those areas and break it down into the smallest possible action steps to move forward.

  • Remember: Done beats perfect.

 

Step 4: Reflect 

  • How can YOU embrace imperfection and focus on progress rather than perfection?

  • Write about a time when imperfection led to something unexpectedly great.
