For my 50th bday next year I want to sign up for an obstacle race like a Tough Mudder but I'm a little worried about the training. Do you think I can get in shape from home or do I need to sign up at a gym and get a personal trainer? (I haven't been to a gym in 10 years!) It's really important to me that I feel prepared because my husband and 2 of our kids are on a team and we want to cross the finish line together! Do you have any advice for me?
