Everyday we have thousands of thoughts that impact how we feel and behave, some are resourceful, others not so much. In today's episode we unveil some of the stories we tell ourselves and how they can either be helping or hindering us in creating the relationships and life we desire.
Nicole Hind is a Relationship coach, digital nomad and explorer of untold stories that empower instead of paralyse. Nicole started out on the Lifeline counselling phones in the late 90's and has lived and worked as a community services worker and therapist globally.
She has a mission to strengthen all of our relationships (with partners, lovers, friends and family) because our lives and our planet are doomed without each other.

If more of us had thriving, healthy, happy romantic relationships, we know we would have a better world. That's why, every time someone works with us, via our partnership with Buy1Give1 we also help someone else in the world. Yep a stranger, someone you'll never meet.
