#129 - Michelle Ford on Ultras, Obstacle Racing, Van Life, and living in Squamish, British Columbia

Michelle Ford lives in Squamish, British Columbia in Canada with her husband and two dogs. She has been racing OCR since 2012 and currently works as a coach and trainer. Race highlights include 1st 2015 Ultra Beast World Champs, 2nd at Whistler Toughest Mudder 2017, 3rd at World's Toughest Mudder 2017 and 3rd TMX Sacramento 2018. When not training or working she is busy climbing, mountain biking and doing all things Squamish.

We recorded together before the Spartan World Championships in Tahoe this year.
