I’m thrilled to have my guest, Holly Walsh, a Positive Psychology and Alcohol-Free Coach. Holly is a positive psychology and alcohol-free coach and will host wellness retreats starting in 2025. She has been sober for almost one year and will be launching a sober dating app so that people can go on dates without alcohol! She is also training to become a yoga teacher and is on an exciting path of self-development that happened when she stopped drinking in 2023.
