Colin Lyall was a pretty damn good ball player through the course of his playing career. He made it to the Division 1 level, but things took a turn for the worse when he hung them up. His story reminds us that we are human and battle our own demons. Baseball put him in a dark place but it ended up being what saved him. He is a very happy and accomplished person that found the light at the end of the tunnel.

This is going to become a mini series within it self, Brotherly Love. I'm the youngest of four brothers and on this weeks episode I sat down with my oldest brother Ryan Giffin. It was cool getting to learn about his time playing baseball before I was born and a young not so sentient child. His story is one full of hard work determination, and family values. Baseball is such a great teacher of life, something that is strongly expressed on this podcast. Brian Howie truly shares that sentiment.
