Robin Rehmann galt in den 00er-Jahren als das Enfant Terrible, der Punk und Kult-Star der Schweizer Medienzene. Laut, wild, kreativ und immer ein wenig on the edge war er das Aushängeschild der Musiksender VIVA und MTV.
Wer ihn aber ein wenig kannte, wusste, Robin kann auch ganz leise, warmherzig und tiefgründig. Ich habe damals mit ihm zusammengearbeitet und er war mir immer einer der liebsten im Team. Dass er zu der Zeit in grössten Schwierigkeiten war und von einem traurigen Geheimnis fast verschluckt wurde, habe ich jedoch, wie die meisten, nicht geahnt.
Und erst jetzt, Jahrzehnte später, als er bei meinem Podcast zu Gast war, wurde mir richtig bewusst, wie schlecht es Robin damals wirklich ging und wie sehr er noch heute mit vielen Dingen aus seiner Vergangenheit zu kämpfen hat.
In diesem zweistündigen Gespräch redet er schonungslos offen und ehrlich über seine alkoholkranke Mutter, seine eigene Opium-Sucht und Schuldgefühle. Aber auch über seine grosse Liebe, die er vor kurzem geheiratet hat oder über seinen geplanten Rückzug aus dem öffentlichen Leben.
