She laces her teaching with evidence-filled stories of the greater reality and practical tools that produce the personal experience of our multidimensional nature. Her connection with those across the veil has been scientifically validated in laboratory settings. Her messages bring hope and healing that go straight to the heart.

In this episode, you will hear:

  • Practice the "vagus nerve breath" - Breathe in slowly through the nose, count 1, 2, 3, 4, then exhale slowly through the mouth, counting to 6. Those extra two counts put pressure against the rib cage and against the vagus nerve, which triggers the relaxation response in your body.
  • Ask for help/guidance from your guides or loved ones when feeling distressed.
  • Shift your perspective by saying "Isn't that interesting?" when facing a fearful situation. This helps you step back and look at it from a higher, less reactive viewpoint.
  • Read stories of near-death experiences, as they can provide perspective on the greater reality beyond just the physical world.
  • Engage in meditative practices and expand your consciousness to experience the soul's perspective, rather than just identifying with the human experience.
  • Surround yourself with a community of like-minded people who can support you in living from a place of love rather than fear.
