As a practitioner, her clients come to her for support, handling stress, overeating and eating disorders, depression, unhealthy relationships, self-destructive behaviors, and addiction. Michele’s treatment practice is solution-focused and integrates astrology and numerology.
She uses behavioral therapy, with mind-body strategies such as journaling which can do great things for mental health. She teaches mindful meditation and how to think. Her clients learn affirmative goal writing to achieve a balanced life, healthy body, joyful relationships, working, and volunteering in the community.
