Dr. Cristie Ritz King // Cristie Ritz-King, is a Doctor of Psychology with a specialty in trauma and postpartum maternal mental health. She is passionate about helping new moms manage the huge transition to parenting and seasoned parents learning to navigate the transitions that kids of all ages go through. Before becoming a counselor, Cristie worked as a doula, a health coach and a teacher in public and private schools for 12 years. Maybe most important though is she is mom to three nearly grown humans with three very different types of needs. So in addition to training, she is in the trenches, juggling motherhood, relationships, career and self-care. She gets it.
