International Women's Day, is March 8, aims to focus global attention on the state of women. Its goal is to make the world more diverse, equitable and inclusive for those identifying as WOMEN

This year the call to action is #BanTheBias.

Lovelda is an international event MC, moderator and host who’s passionate about transforming events into memorable experiences and getting more women on stages!  She supports female speakers and business owners to boost their sales & hone their strategy by coaching them on all aspects of the 'business' of speaking. Co-founder of the Female Speakers Conference and Awards she also runs a flourishing Club House room on Tuesday mornings and Saturday afternoons!

Aarti Parmer
