Welcome to "Finding My Voice" with your host, Stacia Keogh. This podcast is a platform for people to share their stories and the wisdom they've gained from their lived experiences. After a year of lying fallow, the second season is here, filled with richness and evolution. Stacia has immersed herself in somatic practices and become an embodied speaking coach. She has also cultivated new relationships and explored what motivates people to defy societal norms and pursue unconventional paths.

Life often begins when it blows up, when we go against the "don'ts" we're told. We open doors we're not supposed to, venture off the beaten path, and dare to be different. This season, we embrace taboo topics, shedding light on subjects that are often stigmatised or misunderstood. From mental health to menopause, from experts to expats, we delve into the underbelly of society and challenge misinformed beliefs.

Join us as we break open these unspoken topics and take a walk on the wild side. Our guests include an author who explores the importance of dropping the fake smile, a cancer survivor who has found the path to thriving, and a special detective who unveils the realities of working in the sex crimes unit. Together, we dare to question, challenge, and embrace the taboo.

Don't forget to follow, review and rate the show!
