I can read and write in two languages, while my brilliant, uneducated, frustrated grandfather could not in even his native language. I spent a nanosecond feeling sad and even guilty until I realized instead: he must be proud.

Bert Hellinger, developer of the truly fascinating family constellation work, reminds us that “we are the answer to our ancestors prayers.” What if we use that to help move from shame, blame and guilt to celebration? After all, remember, our parents ceilings are meant to be our floors? And our ceilings are meant to be our children’s floors....

I mean it: get out a piece of paper and write 5 things down that are freakin awesome right now, this beautiful morning. Take stock. Appreciate. Dare I say celebrate even!!! 🤗👏🏽🥳
