On this episode of Living Beyond 120, Mark and Dr. Gladden begin by discussing the importance of not only saving lives, but also saving the livelihoods of Americans.  They explore how the loss of jobs could lead individuals to poverty, depression and in severe situations, potentially suicide.

Next, they delve into the topic of an individual’s genetic risk in contracting the COVID virus; how some people are genetically more susceptible to this and other diseases.  Also, they cover how diet and exercise play an important role in helping to prevent contraction of the disease.

Mark and Dr. Gladden explore the fact that people will continue the new habits acquired during the pandemic – such as hand washing, cleanliness and generally paying more attention to when they or others are sick.

Finally, they discuss the importance of people getting back to their life and back to their livelihoods.  People will have to make the choice of continuing to live in fear or taking back control of their lives and getting back to their aspirations.
