So most of you that have been listening for a while know Marty is from Taylorsville KY...But something I feel like most people may not know about Kentucky is that it has an abundance of urban legends and haunted places.
So, while you may have heard of Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, KY (which is said to be one of the most haunted places in the US) or Bobby Mackey's Music Hall in Wilder, KY (that is said to have a portal to hell in the basement), we bet you haven’t heard about one of Marti’s personal favorite bits of Kentucky folklore and that is the legend of the Pope Lick Monster, or better known by locals as The Goat Man.
