Pushing Putin for a ceasefire: Dmytro Kuleba on Ukraine's future and Russia's goals

What will it take to end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine? President Trump is pushing hard for a ceasefire deal, but is Vladimir Putin actually interested in negotiation?
