Changing careers is hard. Waiting for the right role can be even harder. It’s often easier to just settle for a “good enough” role – especially when the process seems to be taking too long. While a good job isn’t necessarily a bad thing, what if you end up missing your ideal opportunity that could lead to lasting career happiness? It took Eric an entire year to find the right role.
