Waitlists - Versatile and Validating

When you've got an idea for a new offer, whether it be for a service, a product, a course, or a membership, it can be tempting to dive straight into creating it and offering it to your audience. But... setting up a waitlist first could be a better strategy for you. But it's not just for new offers!  In this episode, I outline five reasons to try waitlists - I'm not sharing how, but I have a previous episode with the 'how' - click here.

1. Validate first

The first reason is it validates the interest in an offer before building it. It checks whether the topic interests your audience, if the delivery model is appealing, and how much value people place on the transformation you're offering. It's particularly important for new group offerings—to ensure hitting minimum viable numbers. Setting up a waitlist gauges initial interest and excitement, confirming you have basics covered.
