In this episode, I interviewed Chiung-Wei is a PhD chemistry student, a science blogger and a mom of two.  She was born and raised in Taiwan where she completed her BS and MS in chemistry. 
 
Being a first generation immigrant, she strives to use her voice to help the world see a holistic side of a scientist who writes about science and family, and supports women through coaching. Her experience of being a PhD mom along with the popular notion that being a scientist comes at a cost of sacrificing personal life, lead her to be on a mission to help PhD moms achieve balance in their life and to make science inclusive for all parents.
