The "New Paradigm" in Human Design refers to a major evolutionary shift that Ra Uru Hu, the system's founder, predicted would occur around 2027. This shift marks a transformation in the energy dynamics of humanity and the way we live, interact, and evolve as a collective. It's based on the movement of celestial cycles, particularly the transition from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix.
As we move into the new paradigm (aka “the Age of Aquarius” in Astrology), we enter an environment where the old way of being just won’t fly. Authenticity will be an absolute must. We will need to own, celebrate and share our unique gifts and get out of our heads and into our bodies.
