Hill Country Brewing w/ Calvin Kouba from Middleton Brewing

I must confess - as much as I love having Todd and James on the podcast, I've actually really been enjoying some of these 'off' episodes where I get to meet up with pro brewers and learn more about their stories. I'm spoiled to live in an area surrounded by great craft beer and local central Texans know that Middleton Brewing is one of the best in the area! Owner and head brewer, Calvin Kouba, was such a great host to me and I sincerely appreciate his time and the tour he gave me of their campus and of their beer.
