We discuss the contrast between conventional western therapy and the ritual practice of Okraguare: Soul-washing. This is the cleansing of the Spiritual head in Akan culture which is preserved in Hoodoo in North America. We also discuss Ancestral Shrine communication, reincarnation and spiri-genetic inheritance in Hoodoo.
