They reflect on how they met, their dreams for their family as newlyweds, and the unexpected challenges that arose as they walked through loss and each grieved in different ways. Chris and Kristin talk about the importance of honest communication and the struggles that arise for couples who grieve differently and feel as if they are speaking “two different languages”. They also talk about the importance of forgiveness, surrounding yourself with mentors, and making time for one another, while keeping Christ at the center.
