Antonia Rados ist eine der erfahrensten und bekanntesten Kriegsberichterstatterinnen im deutschsprachigen Fernsehen, die für ihre Arbeit bei ORF, RTL und ZDF zahlreiche Preise und Auszeichnungen erhalten hat. Die promovierte Politologin aus Klagenfurt war als Auslandskorrespondentin in Chile, Somalia und dem Iran tätig. Die Reporterin berichtete aus Krisenregionen in Afrika, Afghanistan und dem Nahen Osten, wo sie jahrelang lebte und arbeitete.
1991 wurde sie zur „Frau des Jahres“ in Österreich gewählt - ihre Erfahrungen hat sie in mehreren Büchern niedergeschrieben. Dr. Antonia Rados ist heute als Unternehmerin tätig und Gründerin des „Woman Clubs A+ Friends The Social Hub“ in Wien – sie sieht ihre Aufgabe darin, in Menschen Mut und Wachsamkeit zu wecken. Heute lebt und arbeitet sie in Wien und Paris.
