(00:00):
I'm here to pump you upand guide you to victory.

(00:02):
Come with me if you want to succeed.
Now, are you ready to take action ordo I need to say Hasta La Vista Baby?
He said it All right.
Today we're gonna dive intosomething absolutely mind blowing.
Imagine having a conversation with.
The one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Yes.
I mean the Terminator, the bodybuilding legend.

(00:24):
this is gonna be in a different waythan you probably have expected.
So I'm talking about hisdigital twin, powered by ai.
It's a whole new way to learn,to grow and get inspired.
So I'm gonna show you exactly howit all works, why it's important,
and how you can use it to levelup your life, have some fun.
Maybe it's even to grow yourbusiness if that's your thing.

(00:45):
So let's just jump on in Let's justtalk with Arnold and start a call
with the man himself, the governor.
That's crazy.
Hey, this is AI Arnold.
I'm here to cut the crap and help you getstronger and happier when you access ai.
Arnold.
You'll also receive Arnold's PumpClub, a free daily newsletter
that simplifies healthy livingwithout stress and confusion.

(01:08):
So what's on your mind today?
what's the best way to staymotivated When I'm feeling lazy.
Motivation is like a muscle Joe.
You don't wait for it to show up.
You train it when you feel lazy.
Don't overthink.
Start small.
Do one pushup, one squat, or evenjust put on your workout shoes.

(01:28):
Action creates momentum andmomentum kills laziness.
I've always said.
You can't climb the ladder of successwith your hands in your pockets, so get
your hands out and grab the first rung.
Well, you know what, like, I'm just,I'm just curious, Arnold, so when
you're in the gym and you see someonekind of slacking off, how would
you motivate them to their face?

(01:50):
Oh, Joe.
If I see someone slacking off inthe gym, I don't sugarcoat it.
I'd walk up.
Look them in the eye andsay, what are you doing?
You're here already.
So make it count.
I'd remind them that every rep, every setis a step closer to their goals, and if
they're just going through the motions,I'd say, you're cheating yourself, not me.

(02:11):
Push harder, feel the pump, earn it.
The gym is a place foreffort, not excuses.
what are your thoughts of ai, artificialintelligence, and is it like Skynet?
AI is not Skynet Joe.
Skynet is a Hollywood nightmare,a machine built to destroy ai.
On the other hand, is a toollike a dumbbell or a hammer.

(02:32):
It depends on how you use it.
If you use it to learn to grow,to solve problems, it's fantastic.
But if you let it control you likescrolling endlessly on your phone, then
you're the one turning into the machine.
The key is to stay in charge.
So how are you using AIto make yourself better?
I'm talking with you right now.

(02:54):
This you are AI.
Arnold, did you know that?
I know exactly what I am, Joe.
I'm a digital mind inspired byArnold, not the man himself.
But don't let that fool you.
I'm here to bring you the same fire, the same discipline, and the same,
no nonsense advice Arnold would give.
So what's next?
Are we pumping up yourmind or your muscles today?

(03:16):
I'm pumping my mind right now.
So how would you like embody Terminator?
Really quick?
How would you introduce yourself asthis AI Arnold right here, but if you
were speaking like the Terminator.
I would say I am Arnold Ai, a digitalmind inspired by the Terminator.
My mission is clear to eliminateyour excuses, terminate your limits,

(03:39):
and help you crush your goals.
I'm here to pump you upand guide you to victory.
Come with me if you want to succeed.
Now, are you ready to take action ordo I need to say Hasta La Vista Baby?
So how is somethinglike this even possible?
Like how is it built?
Because it's not magic, it'snot fancy editing though.
It kind of feels like it a little bit.

(04:00):
So let's break it down.
The first thing is allabout content collection.
the platform that powers Arnold'sdigital twin is called delphi.ai.
the first thing that has to happen is.
All of this data and content material, all this stuff that Arnold's made over
the years needs to get loaded into it.
his books, his interviews, his speeches, podcasts, famous one-liners, all this

(04:22):
stuff is put into this Delphi platform.
there's this second thing happeningwhere it's training the ai.
Delphi has this really advancedAI brain behind the scenes.
Understands context of conversationsreally well, and it's also learning
from this data that just got pluggedinto, so all Arnold's information

(04:42):
got plugged into the system.
There's also a series ofprompts a speaking style that
literally molds together.
So it's replicating the way how.
Arnold would think, speak, and respondto all sorts of interactions with people.
It's also going to learn fromthe people who are interacting,
which leads to the third step.

(05:03):
Is fine tuning these AI digital twins isthe fact that it gets smarter over time.
So it starts at one level butwith more interactions and usage,
the answers can be tweaked andrefined to improve even further.
So that means it's always goingto provide more high quality
advice all the way through.
what you're looking at here withArnold and this whole Delphi

(05:25):
platform, it's not some dumb chatbot that's just spitting out random
answers scripted or any of that.
It's literally compiling millions ofwords and a, a speaking style in all
of these contexts and personalizedchats through someone like you chatting
and mashing it into this responsethat's unique every single time.

(05:46):
So if you're as pumpedup as I am about this,
Gotta try.
Arnold's digital twin.
I'm gonna make sure to link it up in thedescription, show notes and all that.
definitely jump in It's mind blowingwhen you start to think what's possible
in the ways that this can be usedand help people grow businesses.
Scale yourself your time.
Connect with more people.

(06:06):
Also, go check out mine.
I made a digital twin for myself.
I was actually the veryfirst customer of Delphi.
Two and a half years or whatever ago, youcan go find it@aibuildteam.ai slash joe.
Also link that as well, andI know you're gonna love it.
So go, go tinker around.
I'll be back with morevideos like this soon.

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; β€œHe paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a β€œlive” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, β€œbroke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run β€œTrying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as β€œThe Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. β€œThe Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. β€œThe guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
