Motivation is like a muscle Joe.
You don't wait for it to show up.
You train it when you feel lazy.
Don't overthink.
Start small.
Do one pushup, one squat, or evenjust put on your workout shoes.

you motivate them to their face?

If I see someone slacking off inthe gym, I don't sugarcoat it.
I'd walk up.
Look them in the eye andsay, what are you doing?

I'd remind them that every rep, every setis a step closer to their goals, and if
they're just going through the motions,I'd say, you're cheating yourself, not me.

what are your thoughts of ai, artificialintelligence, and is it like Skynet?
AI is not Skynet Joe.
Skynet is a Hollywood nightmare,a machine built to destroy ai.
On the other hand, is a toollike a dumbbell or a hammer.

It depends on how you use it.
If you use it to learn to grow,to solve problems, it's fantastic.
But if you let it control you likescrolling endlessly on your phone, then
you're the one turning into the machine.

Like how is it built?
Because it's not magic, it'snot fancy editing though.
It kind of feels like it a little bit.

So let's break it down.
The first thing is allabout content collection.
the platform that powers Arnold'sdigital twin is called delphi.ai.
the first thing that has to happen is.
All of this data and content material,all this stuff that Arnold's made over
the years needs to get loaded into it.
his books, his interviews, his speeches,podcasts, famous one-liners, all this
