(00:03):
What's happening, Joehere, and we're back.
This is gonna be a solo episode, and thisone is extremely visual, so if you're
on the audio podcast, just make sureyou're over and watching some video.
We'll make sure it's all linked up.
YouTube.
Now, recently I've been, I've beenspeaking to so many groups and different
podcasts and, uh, masterminds and allthat stuff on this concept of cloning.

(00:26):
Ourselves, cloning yourself, and it's,it's super fascinating and I want to
share the latest and greatest with youand show you the visuals and why you
we're living in this time right now.
That is, it's, it's on the brink of thingschanging for, I, I truly believe that
we're living in an age right now that is.

(00:48):
Super exciting.
There's some frightening bits as well, but with AI we now have the ability
to completely scale ourselves in waysthat we never thought possible before.
So that's what we're gonnabe talking about here.
And I have some slides to basicallywalk us through this whole thing.
So you'll see me lookingdown, but uh, just, just.
Follow along.
This will be great for audio as well.

(01:08):
So definitely don't lose ifyou're driving or, or you know,
don't, don't just turn this off.
So, but the big thing here I wantto make sure everyone understands,
is that you are absolutely thebottleneck and it's your time, it's
your energy, it's your attention, butit's not really what you're thinking.
So I'll get to that in a second, but.
A lot of us are just stuck in this oldway of thinking of doing things manually,

(01:32):
you know, so this could be working withclients, it could be, uh, working with
your team or offering customer support.
All this stuff is eating in yourtime, eating in your profits.
Uh, there's training maybe with your, your team or with your clients as well.
There's ways to enhance and scale you,so you could do more and better training.

(01:53):
How about creating content?
As well.
There's a whole bunch of new waysyou can create content, even if it's,
uh, I'm not talking about repurposecontent, but new forms of content
structured in a way that Unite mightnot have ever thought about before.
We'll talk about that.
There's new ways to generateleads, generate sales and monetize,
and essentially just engage andconnect with people in more ways.

(02:16):
You know, a buddy of mine, TomSchwab, who will be on this
podcast, has been on in the past.
He, he believes we're all oneconversation away from something
great, something magical will happen, whatever it might be, and that's
exactly what we're talking about.
I couldn't agree more with him.
So when it comes back to that wholebottleneck thing, it's not your lack of.
Effort that that is thebottleneck in all of this?

(02:39):
I think, uh, I don't know if it'sjust me, but I feel like we're all
working harder, at least thinkingharder or thinking more of these ways
that we can do better for ourselves, our families, our clients, our team.
And so it's not a lack of effort.
That's the bottleneck.
It's actually the knowledge that we have.
We haven't been able to.

(02:59):
Spread our knowledge in a way thatcan now connect and engage and, and
honestly change the lives of peoplearound us because we haven't set
up the systems to do it properly.
And if you're watching the visuals rightnow, I'll kind of talk through this,
but the idea is that you have your mind.
And your mind has allowed you to producethings in so many different forms.

(03:24):
We don't always choose to put 'emout in the public, you know, like
we're not always putting thingsout in a po uh, podcast like
this, or on a YouTube channel, orgoing on other people's podcasts.
You might not even be posting onsocial media accounts like LinkedIn,
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X,Twitter, whatever you wanna call it.
Those are all publicareas that we're posting.

(03:44):
But maybe you have some other, youknow, uh, you have diaries that you've,
that you're recording somewhere.
Uh, even if they're written that'stechnically recorded, you know, if you
wrote it down, maybe you have differenttraining manuals, uh, SOPs and things
that you've shared with your team.
You know, you have all thesedocuments that maybe people aren't
necessarily reading, maybe not evenyourself, they're not getting updated.

(04:06):
Possibly the emails, uh, zoomconversations, what you've
published on the web on your.
On your website, uh, yourmembers area to your client, your
private area, all this stuff.
Is so it, it started with your mindor maybe with a few minds, collective
minds, you know, your team or mentorsaround you, and then you choose to

(04:27):
somehow bring it out into the world.
And that's what I'm talking about.
So the bottleneck right now thatall of us are facing, even if you
don't think you are a creator or aperson who is putting stuff out in
the web, but you're using your mindto make things happen in the world.
That's basically everybody, right?
That's being human.
Then the bottleneck that you're facingis this knowledge bottleneck, and

(04:51):
that's what we're gonna talk about.
So I want you to ask yourself, where isyour time going and being like ruthless.
And you know, Dan Martell, hewas on the show, uh, months back.
He talked a lot about this.
Uh, James Schramko's, anotherguy, a good friend of mine.
From years past, uh, he's been on podcastsepisodes that I've had on here many times.

(05:12):
He talks about his time andwhere is your attention going?
Energy.
Because all of that, you know, thatenergy is flowing exactly where you're
putting your attention and your timeis the finite resource out there.
We get to expand that and I believethat we're living in an awesome
time right now where we can.
Do this with what I'm about to showyou with this whole cloning concept

(05:34):
and how you can expand your knowledge.
So imagine this, like with this newtechnology that we're, that I'm talking
with you today about, uh, being acoach, you can be more, uh, connected
to people that you're coaching.
You can, you can now personalize toone, to many rather than one to many.
And just talking at people you know, now you can actually engage with them.

(05:57):
Your marketing can now be tunedup into your own voice and how you
speak, and that's how you can create.
Better marketing assets.
Uh, you can have better traininginternally into your team.
So you know, your team is gettingquestions answered instantly, and
it's catered to exactly what they'relooking for and who they are.
It's not just a general answer.

(06:18):
And podcasting, so like what I'mdoing right now and also on YouTube.
This is why I found this technologyalmost three years ago was exactly this.
I wanted to make my podcasta two-way conversation.
I didn't want to just talk at people, and even if it was a guest, I didn't
want to just know that this is justa conversation between a guest in me.

(06:40):
But I wanted to open this up to peoplewho are listening and watching all
around the world, no matter whatlanguage you might be speaking, what
time zone you're in, if you like totext chat, if you like to voice chat.
I mean, there's so many ways that we canexpand the thoughts and the ideas that I'm
putting out into the world, but also youas well, so people can actually chat with

(07:01):
this version of you while you're sleeping.
so you probably know who I am.
My name's Joe Fear, of course, and I've,I've co-founded a company called AI Build
Team, and that's what we do is we actuallybuild out AI clones, and it's using the
technology platform called delphi.ai.
I was the first user ofDelphi almost three years ago.

(07:22):
Um, since then have been working on aton of clones, nearly 300 clones we built
now for some of the top CEOs, coaches, experts, creators, educators in the
world are choosing to clone themselves.
And we also head up the head,uh, the build team for Delphi ai.

(07:42):
So it's, it's really, really fascinatingin this time, and I kind of already talked
about this a little bit, but how I found.
This cloning technology came fromme wanting to make this what you're
watching and listening to rightnow, a dynamic two-way conversation.
So with the millions of downloadsand people who have listened to this
podcast over the years, I wanted togive people an opportunity to tap into

(08:08):
the knowledge that has been on these, what some, something like 700 episodes.
I actually kinda lost count, and now there's this massive
library that anybody can tap into.
You can as well, and I'll giveyou some ways to do this if
you haven't tried it already.
But you know, now people can have thishuman-like conversation with my AI clone,

(08:28):
and it's not a, a, um, dumb bot or a chatbot kind of, you know, question answer.
It actually has personality.
So about three years ago I wastesting 20 of these and I realized
that most of them don't have thepersonality that I was looking for.
And if you want to test out what my AIclone is, and it's trained on something
like 15 million different words overthe years, and it's always updated,

(08:52):
you can actually scan this right now.
You can also go to hustleand flowchart.com/.
Audit, A-U-D-I-T hustle andflowchart.com/audit, and I'll tell
you what that audit thing means.
But on that page, you will see myclone, my AI clone, and you can
actually interact with it right now.
So it's, it's really awesome.

(09:12):
But let's define what theheck a, a clone even is.
'cause most people don't graspwhat this technology is yet.
Uh, even though I feel like in 2026,my prediction is that everybody
is going to start thinking of.
I should actually clone myselfbecause I can't do everything.
I can't be everywhere to everyone.
And I with the tech now, I can usethis cloning technology to actually

(09:38):
expand my time so I connect withmore people and also save time
and do more things that I enjoy.
So just keep that in your mind.
But AI clones.
Clones come in a couple variationsright now, and the term clone digital
mind is sometimes used as well.
Uh, or a replica, you know, a replicaof you just in a digital form.

(09:59):
It's kind of a long way to sayit, but think of it as a digital
mind that's always available.
It's based on your content.
It has your speaking style in mind, andyou get to define its purpose and it can
have different flavors of its purpose.
For different use cases.
We'll talk about it, but it'saccessible 24 7 across the web.
It could be embedded different places.

(10:21):
It could speak 50 plus different language.
And even more all the time.
Uh, it's text, audio, and there's so manyother things that are coming as well.
You could have SMS, WhatsApp, slack, all these integrations to your CRM.
It's trained on stuff that you putinto it and it's private to you.
You have control.
We're not talking about chat, GBT,we're talking about something that you

(10:42):
actually have the keys to and can control.
So if you start to think aboutthis, and if you're looking at
this visual, I'll describe it.
One conversation or one chat.
Can actually power so manydifferent parts of your business
or what you do in your life.
So the four buckets that typically arehow we clone people, which is interesting

(11:05):
to say, is like I clone people and it'strue, but like just imagine a conversation
begins and different things can happen.
So on one arm of this, like if youimagine the conversations in the
middle, and then if you branch off intoone arm of it, you can have public.
Style conversations that liveon your website and you know,

(11:25):
uh, that's for the public to seethat can help you capture leads.
It's a new way to generate new leads.
There could be another armof that that goes to private.
So let's say you have your clients, thepeople that are paying you money, or
they've joined some private community.
That can guide clients to,uh, be almost like a companion

(11:46):
or an accountability buddy.
Have them do more of the thing thatyou want them to do, that they're,
that they're paying you for toget some kind of result and value.
So you have the private side.
Then there's another armthat could be internal.
So that could support your team, youand your team to do their best work.
So they're not having to come toyou for every question all the time,

(12:09):
or the same question all the time.
You could ask, also have anotherarm that's a personal version
of the clone just for you.
So let's say you want to developsome of your ideas and you
want kind of a sounding board.
You want it to maybe analyze how you're.
Thinking maybe some of your previouswork, it could bring it to life in a
new form that you give it some, some newthoughts, but it's based on your content.

(12:31):
Just remember that like allthese conversations are based
on what you provided, andthat's what's really powerful.
Now there is a distinction because clones, like I said, come in different forms.
There's a clone that you probablysee more often, which are things on
like TikTok, Instagram, social media, and those might be a video clone.
So things like if you think about Heygenor Synthesia and there's all these other.

(12:55):
Platforms out there that allow youto clone yourself, like meaning
your, your face, or maybe it'sjust your audio, like 11 labs.
Those are scripted.
So just think about it this way.
There's scripted clones andthere's unscripted clones.
Scripted clones are things where literallyyou're loading up a script and then
having it render this version of you.

(13:15):
It could be audio, video, text.
What we're talking about here and whatI'm really more pumped up about and
actually something that can really scale.
You are the unscripted clones.
Those are the ones that I'm talking abouthere, like the Delphi platform that allow
you to load up a knowledge base, a body ofwork, your intellectual property in a way.

(13:38):
That it now knows your personality, how you write and speak.
So when people interact with it,they actually get a personalized,
dynamic conversation thatis unique every single time.
So it's not scripted and there'snot someone behind the scenes.
You know, you're not having to.
Have a response for every little thing.
You basically tune it up andthen it's, it's out there flying

(14:00):
on the web available to all.
So that's what's so powerful.
That's what, again, you can scanthis code and actually experience
it yourself if you're looking at it.
If not.
Just pause really fast.
Open your browser and go tohustle and flowchart.com/audit
and you will see on there.
There is a way if you want to get a freeaudit from me and my team, we actually

(14:20):
have a way to give you a great map anda picture and we'll walk you through how
you can use cloning in your business.
So either scan the QR code to go getthat right now and play with the clone.
Or you can go to hustleand flowchart.com/.
Audit.
All right, moving on.
So we built over 300 of these things, and I, I tell you, the demand is hot.

(14:42):
When people understand what thisthing is, it's kind of wild.
So the, the faces that you seeon here, some of the folks that
we've had a hand in creating theirclones, and we're talking Arnold
Schwartzenegger, there's Gary Breca, there's, there's, um, Gabby Bernstein
and a whole bunch of other authors.
Experts and celebs and all theseawesome people that are seeing

(15:02):
the power of expanding themselves.
Now, I will say you do not need to bea celebrity to harness this technology.
I think that's one big thing is we'vehad so many service providers, I mean,
I'm even like literally home improvement.
Jan people are running janitor businesseshave used this and love it because
it expands what they're doing withtheir team and their clients as well.

(15:23):
So don't think that you're, youknow, you need to be some prolific
author or celebrity or creator.
To actually make this work.
You can literally just have like ablog or, or some writing that's not
even published online, and it willhelp you scale yourself, trust me.
Um, so Cody Sanchez, this is one that, that was developed on, uh, Delphi.
You can see it lives in apps.

(15:45):
It can actually be embedded everywhere.
It could send text messages.
Uh, this is my buddy Greg Meles.
He was actually on the podcastand we talked about it as
well, so go check out Greg.
He's using it@studioonedesign.com as alead generation device, and it's great.
It helps audit people's websites.
Gabby Bernstein, she justreleased it recently within her.

(16:06):
App and um, and actually she'sbeen like blowing minds left
and right, including her own.
There's even a clip of her recently.
Maybe we'll find that and drop it in here.
Uh, where it shows her on stageactually showing off her Delphi
in real time to like 1200 people.
It was talking to the audienceand talking to everyone, and

(16:26):
it was, it was phenomenal.
And she was, Gabby wasawesome and blown away.
She's also been on thepodcast back in the day.
I'm gonna try to get herback on to talk about this.
This guy Sean, here's inthe real estate business.
He's using it to help get 'em, uh, moreclients and stuff in the Airbnb market.
And Lewis, how is using it to expand whathe's doing with podcasting and his stuff?
So again.

(16:47):
Tons of uses for a clone.
And I think this, if you're watchingthis, uh, this frame right here on
screen is kind of like the aha momentthat people typically have is, how
do I use a clone in my business?
Because one clone can have a wholeton of uses, and again, it's like
the four quadrants I talked about.
You have the public facing, you havesomething that could be embedded on

(17:10):
your website publicly that can act as.
You, but available 24 7 trained on allyour stuff so it can answer questions, it
can help people kind of guide 'em closerto the other stuff you have to offer.
So you can capture them as a lead.
You can have it answerFAQs, it can educate.

(17:30):
And lead them to whatever the nextstep is in your customer journey.
You could have a members or a clientsection that's kind of like the private
side of things where it can help answerquestions about your programs, you know,
if you're already selling something.
As a, uh, you know, an educator onlineor a coach or a consultant or anything
that where, you know, you have likea private group that you want to give

(17:53):
them a different experience that's notpublic that lives within this gated area,
so it can live in your members area.
You know, there's people that embed thisinto their Kajabi platforms, their, um,
you know, their ClickFunnels platforms, their, uh, mighty Networks School.
Um, circle it, it can alllive inside of these places.

(18:14):
And then it can be trained on justthat content that's private and secure.
So it's embeddable there.
Just imagine what it can do.
It could boost, we've seen it boostretention within, uh, those groups.
That means dropping churn, itincreases engagement, and people
just being completely floored in thefact that they have a companion now.
That, that sounds like you and me,you know, like whoever's, uh, managing

(18:37):
that group or running that thing.
But it also takes the pressure off ofyou or your team who might be managing
that community because now there isa resource that people can go to to
get their answers really quickly.
And, and honestly it just takesthe pressure off of everyone.
People love it.
Uh, the internal team side of things, like I said, you could put your SOPs in

(19:00):
there, your trainings, all that stuffcould be updated in real time too.
Whenever you have some new stuffthat's developed and then it's
available to your team 24 7.
So they're not going to you askingyou again, oh, how do I do this thing?
Or if you have a new hire on your team.
You can actually have them gothrough your clone for their initial
training and then, you know, evenhave it, assess them if you wish to.

(19:24):
Uh, there's so many cool things.
I mean, you can get very creative, but the idea is to reduce any of that
repetitive nature and the, um, you know, and reduce inconsistencies as well.
So now you know that your cloneactually has your back and will
start training people and givingthe best resources to your team.
And then the last one I actually isone of my favorite is a personal,

(19:44):
private version of a clone.
Then I can literallytake it around on walks.
I'll talk to myself, and I do it allthe time anyway, so I might as well talk
to my clone and actually get feedbackbased on how I want it to speak to me.
So I actually program mine in a way.
That holds me up to a higher standard.
So it actually tells me if I'mnot thinking too clearly or, Hey

(20:06):
Joe, I think you have a betteridea if you went this route.
It actually has my best intentions there.
That's how I programmed it.
And all these things basically canbe programmed in different ways.
That's what, that's what we do.
My company and I. So just imaginelike with each one of these public
facing members, internal and private, they all have these different rules

(20:27):
that have it interact differentlydepending on who's engaging with it.
And sometimes you can actually, you can also gate content
in different ways as well.
So here's another aha is uh,that one check can do so much.
So I'm just gonna kind of open your mindeven more so crack that open even more.

(20:49):
And show you how a conversationcan also lead to an action.
So something to happen, it couldbe as much as like, you know, um,
I won't say an agent because that'swhere, you know, you can get really
crazy if you know about AI agents.
You could do.
A ton, but what I'm talking about is, isyou as a person, so you are not a robot.

(21:11):
Uh, but at the same time, wewant to expand your knowledge
and have it help others.
So there's, um, through thatcourse of conversation, a single
chat can trigger things to happen.
Different automations.
Now, you know, Delphi can do a ton.
Uh, Delphi is not anagent platform per se.

(21:32):
I wouldn't view it like that, but.
Keep in mind, you know, Delphicould be hooked to other automations
where other things can happen.
So it's all about getting creativeand understanding what's possible now.
And uh, you know, hopefully you arewatching this part because there's a
really cool visual that kind of shows.
Almost like a funnel.
So if you were to imagine a conversationfunnel, yeah, it's just like a funnel.

(21:55):
Like you, you're probably used to online, you know, as digital marketers, we, uh,
we have used funnels for years now totake people from like a free thing to
some kind of low ticket offer, maybeto a bigger offer, maybe an upsell.
That's kind of like a funnel now.
You could do that through conversation.
So it's kind of a conversation funnel.

(22:15):
I'll just stamp that right now.
TM Conversation Funnel.
Joe Fier said it.
Um, I don't really care, but, uh, thevisual here that you're looking at, if you
are, and I'll describe it, is on the leftside of the small part of the funnel, you
have someone engaging with your clone.
So the platform IE Delphi can identify whothat user is and based on where they're

(22:38):
engaging with this thing and who they are.
It will give them access andspeak to them in a certain way.
So it, it just depends on where theDelphi is embedded, you know, the clone.
It could be on the public side,it could be on the private area.
It could be in your team member area.
It could be just you engaging with it.
The Delphi or the Clone platform isgoing to know who you are because based

(23:02):
on tagging and membership access andall that stuff, it's kind of like a
CRM in itself, if you can picture that.
So it identifies a user, and then basedon the engagement that that person
is having, because they're gonna bespoken to by the clone in a different
way, depending on who they are.
Now it's going to deliver kindof this unique experience.

(23:25):
So people in the middle of thisfunnel now, as we're widening the
funnel, it's uh, it's gonna givethem some different ways to, to get
more value from the conversation.
You know, if it's on the publicfacing side, maybe it'll lead them
to some offers or some new otherresources that they can explore before
they take a leap into something.
Bigger, which might be a program ora coaching, you know, a consulting

(23:48):
session, whatever it might be,a free, uh, something else, you
know, to keep 'em engaged further.
But then, uh, let's say on the memberside of things, in that engagement area.
Maybe it leads them to, uh, a pro,you know, like within the program,
it leads them to a module that theyneed to go and study a little further.

(24:09):
Or maybe to the next one.
Maybe they completed one and, and nowit says, okay, well, seems like you're
pretty solid on module one or module two.
Why don't you go jump up to thisnext one about these topics.
So it kind of becomesa guide, if you will.
Now, based on what, whateverthey're doing within the
interactions, things can happen.
So automations or triggers.

(24:29):
Things can be triggered essentiallyfor something to happen in action or an
automation, it's kind of interchangeable.
So a few of these automations thatcan happen, I'll just list 'em out.
Now you can have reminders sent to people.
So let's say they talkedabout something in a chat.
Well, maybe you wanna remind 'em the nextday or a week from now and say, Hey, you,
you talked about this thing over here.

(24:50):
You really wanted to do, youwanted to create this YouTube
video, for instance, on this topic.
And you were talking about all this stuff.
Did you take action and you couldliterally send a reminder in an email?
You could send in WhatsApp or SMS?
Um, those types of reminders almost.
It holds people accountable now.
So your clone becomes an accountabilitybuddy, and you know, it's, it's now

(25:12):
creating this kind of engagement,uh, flywheel if you will.
Kind of like that.
So all these automations, thesetriggers and actions can be set up
instead of Delphi in the platform.
You can also have it helpyou book calls for you.
So if someone expresses interest.
Into, uh, some program that you mightsay, maybe they name it or they say

(25:33):
they want to talk to a human or, or geta free audit or whatever it might be.
Then it could trigger ascheduling link to, to show up.
And then, then of course you canhave reminders if they didn't
book or if they did thank yous.
All that stuff can be done.
You could have different alerts set up.
So if people are talking about differenttopics or programs or things that you

(25:54):
want to be notified about, or your team, you could set up alerts and make sure
that someone, a human is in the loop.
You can send people summaries.
So let's say they hada conversation about.
Whatever it might be.
Maybe it's one of your, uh, your clientsin the program, your coaching program,
they're talking about something.
Well, when that conversation ends, you can actually have it summarize the

(26:18):
conversation and sent to that person, and then it can give them a synopsis
of what they just chatted about.
So it's not just like a chatand then it's poof, it's gone.
I'm sure you've done thatin chat, GBT for instance.
So in this case, you can have asummary sent to someone and say.
Hey, this is what we chatted about andmaybe even put a call to action in there.

(26:39):
You know, like, Hey,here's your next step.
Go do this.
This is what we recommend, like a recommended next step.
So, uh, sending call to actions.
That's another example.
CTAs, you could send call to actionsbased on what people are saying.
Again, it's a conversation funnelnow, so it's super dynamic.
It's custom, it's not pushy because it'sall about what people are talking about.

(27:00):
Um, you could send insights, you know, based on what people are talking about.
Maybe send 'em an insight intosomething else that they should
be checking out or asking about.
So that's, if you just imagine again.
Things happen when conversations happen.
That's long story short, is that's, itis almost infinite of the possibilities.
So, you know, kind of beating thisdown, a little bit more public

(27:23):
facing, just so you totally seeit, that's there, those public.
Versions of a clone can live in theplaces that you do your marketing
or your sales stuff in the public.
It helps you capture and qualify leadsinstantly because with more engagement,
the more qualified people you willhave to actually want to do stuff

(27:44):
with you, whatever that might looklike, and that could trigger your CRM.
So these hook up to.
Your existing CRMs, maybe it's gohigh level, HubSpot, Salesforce, uh,
kit, um, awe or whatever it might be.
You can hook up all this stuff and thenmake sure that people going through
the clone or also could be followedup with your existing systems because

(28:05):
this is a bolt-on to everything,so it helps you automatically
follow up on the private side.
And this clone, it couldbe programmed in a way.
That helps your members and supports whatyou're doing in your coaching, in your
programs, so it can help unlock different,uh, parts of your program that might
be static in videos and in your maybelive coaching calls, whatever, however

(28:25):
you're delivering your training now.
You have this Bolton 24 7 versionof you that can live right in there.
And then that helps people engage.
It can send 'em recaps, bethe accountability partner
and help you reduce churn.
And it also gives you an opportunityto maybe bonus in or even upsell

(28:46):
people into a new version of, um,of you, which is this AI clone.
We talked about the internal team asanother use case of this, so it could
be programmed to help your operationsand your training with your team
and helping support everybody there.
Same with your personal side of things.
Again, my favorite.
It's your own personal clonethat you could talk with and

(29:07):
that can help you reflect on anykind of thoughts you might have.
It can tell you somesuggested next actions.
It can also be your accountabilitybuddy, which is what I actually have
mine set up to do is remind me ofdifferent intervals throughout the week
to do things because it's based off ofwhat I said I wanted to do way better
than something like chat GBT can do.

(29:29):
Um, which this, this slide here, this frame kind of describes the
difference and this might be.
What's been in your mind is like, Hey, Icould just use custom GPT for all this.
Well, no, I mean, you can.
You can generally, you can do that, but it's a very general type of ai.
It's trained on the whole web, whereas your own digital clone

(29:50):
and using the Delphi platformis a true digital twin to you.
It's whatever you put intoit is what it's gonna read.
It's not gonna go hallucinateand make some stuff up.
It's literally based on thecontent and the rules that you
give it, and it's private, so.
Chat GPT, you can, you can'tdo the embedded in the full on
integrations like we've beentalking about here and describing.

(30:12):
You can do that with Delphi and thecloning softwares where it helps connect
to all your media, keeps it up to datewith RSS feeds and other syncing features.
You know, chat, GPTI would say it's likea general Swiss army knife kind of tool.
You know, it's, it's there.
It's, it's easy to get startedand it's a great way to start
scaling yourself and get your mind.

(30:33):
Working.
If you haven't done it, I definitelyurge you go make a GPT for yourself
and see how you can customize it.
But it's gonna take a lot of effortand you gotta know what you, what
you're doing with prompting andgetting it to speak like you.
I mean like, sure you could do it,but literally Delphi is made for
this and it's added with so much morewhere you are in control of all of

(30:56):
the things that you want it to do.
I mean, literally you have full control.
So.
That's, that's the big differencethere, creating content.
So, know it or not, my team and Iare using my Delphi all the time to
enhance the content that I'm creatingas a human, like this one here.
But social media, uh, posts and allthese different things can be created

(31:18):
now with my Delphi because it knowsmy content so I can have it turn.
This into a, a, uh, a post.
You know, a long form piece ofcontent now can be created in a
whole bunch of different ways.
Uh, we can use it to createdifferent captions and all these
different, you know, hashtags.
Even though hashtags I think are kindof out, it can help you create emails

(31:39):
and newsletters and all these differentthings that are engaging really quickly
because it's speaking in our voices.
It can repurpose blog posts or, orpodcasts like I have here, YouTube
videos, um, so many different things.
It can help you develop videoscripts or future things, even books.
Yeah.
Outlining a book.
I would not say just, Hey, have.

(32:00):
AI write books for you.
I definitely, certainly wholeheartedlythink that you should have a massive
effort in that, but you can sure asheck use Delphi or a clone to, to help
extract the outline of this book andmaybe even do a first draft so it gets
your wheels spinning because it'lldefinitely get you thinking of things

(32:23):
that you probably haven't thought of.
But it's based, again, on your knowledge.
So it's not just making stuff up fromother people, it's actually based on
your knowledge, and you can have itstructured into this different, uh, media.
That's, that's brand new.
I see AI cloning in thisdigital twin technology.
As the newest form of mediathat we have access to.

(32:45):
And you know, with AI developing thisplatform, I know will develop even
further in this concept of AI cloning.
I'm sure there'll be other things that popup, but I'm telling you, there's not been
any other platform outside of Delphi thatI've seen do what I'm talking about here.
In a way that's.
So quick for you to jump in andhave control of your own IP and for

(33:08):
literally having the ability to dowhat you want and scale yourself.
It's you on 24 7 scaling your expertise.
You can help it automate things likethose triggers and actions I talked about
and, you know, have reminders in this, inthese, uh, these different accountability
things pop up for people that.
We would take a ton of manualeffort before, and now you can

(33:31):
get this up really quickly.
And this is how we help people and,and literally we're getting some
of these clones up in seven days.
Like you can't build a systemyourself and actually have it solid
and functioning properly in sevendays, unless you're a total magician
or you know, tech, tech guy in theweeds or gal and you know your stuff.
Most people are not like that.

(33:52):
So we don't want to make this a, um.
You know, a super overwhelmingendeavor when it comes to this.
We have the plan, we've done itfor over 300 of these, and we're,
we have a lot more queued up now,so, um, we're crazy booked up.
It's wild.
But at the same time, this is how,uh, this is how we see media shaping
up is using this type of technology.

(34:15):
This is how you scalesmarter without burning out.
So you're reaching people literallyin all parts of the world.
Um, because it could speak anything.
It stays personal and it's you.
So looking at this kind of finalmap here, this is how we go about
things and, and help people, is thatwe initially, we try to pinpoint.

(34:36):
Okay.
What are the things that peoplewant to scale in themselves?
Like where's your time, yourenergy, and your attention going?
That's kinda how westarted this whole thing.
So when we work with folks, we helpthem identify what these gaps are
because they probably have some kindof vision of how they want to scale.
But this really pinpointing whatare these eff inefficiencies in

(34:57):
your day to day right now that arebogging you down your resources?
So let's fix that first.
And it's usually in some of those, youknow, those four different, um, use cases
we talked about, the public, the privateor the members area, the internal or
the, the, you know, the actual personalclone where you're talking to it.
So pinpointing the gaps, and then we getinto, okay, so what is the material like?

(35:21):
What do we need content wise, IP wise, uh,training wise for us to clone your genius?
So knowing that we have thesegaps to fill this purpose of
like, why are we cloning you?
Let's figure out what we need to cloneyou in terms of the material, and
then we really want to figure out.

(35:42):
Well, as we're doing the cloningprocess, we want to understand how we
want it to interact with people, likedepending on where it's gonna live,
how is it gonna speak with people?
What's the motivation?
What would make this an.
Exceptional experience that someonewill have this wow factor from day one.
And, and then, you know, as theclone owner or the, the person behind

(36:06):
the scenes, you know, this thing isan awesome representation of you.
And then of course, then we get into, okay, what are the things that we
can automate and, and have triggered?
When someone is having a conversation.
So like, do we want it to follow upat xti uh, points, you know, do we
want to send a, an email or a a, atext message or whatever it might be

(36:27):
based on the chats that they're having?
What alerts do we want to have set up?
And then there's so many ways we couldstart to optimize and scale this.
So as a marketer, as you know,I've been doing digital marketing
for what, nearly 20 years now.
And I've worked with so manydifferent fields and niches.
So, uh, we're, we're alwaysthinking, okay, best practices
from all the other clones.

(36:48):
We've also built, how do we continue tooptimize this as we continue and scale?
Because you'll certainly find moregaps that you want to pinpoint.
So it's like this cycle.
That happens where, you know, the, when you build one of these things
out, maybe for your, uh, your publicfacing clone, well then you realize,
man, I'd really like one for myclients and I would love to solve

(37:10):
that, that gap or that bottleneck.
So then we kinda go through theprocess and do this again and again.
We get these things out in seven days.
It is pretty epic.
I want you to go check outmy clone to try it out.
I have a QR code on screen.
If you see this, scan it.
I urge you to do it with your phone rightnow or however you can scan this thing.
Go test out my clone.

(37:31):
And if you don't have this, you know, just pause this.
Go to your browser, type in hustleand flowchart.com/audit, A-U-D-I-T,
hustle and flowchart.com/audit.
And what you'll see on thatpage two columns, you're gonna
see my clone on the left side.
So maybe that's this side asyou're watching me, I don't know.
Each way, the other column is goingto have a way to book a time with

(37:52):
us to get an audit for yourself.
It's totally free.
This is something we normally charge for.
A couple grand on the website, butif you're, if you're watching this
and you're on that page, you can booka time and get your audit for free.
Basically, you'll plug inlike I, it's like four or five
little bits of information.
It's not much.
It takes like 30 seconds to do.
Based on that information, we're able toactually come up with a really in-depth

(38:15):
map on how you can use AI cloning foryour business, and I think this will
help you really see what's possible.
Urge you, I guarantee you that 2026 isgoing to be the year where you're going to
start seeing a lot more of these pop up.
And I'm not just talking about allthe creators of the celebrities
'cause they will certainly probablyjump on it quickly if they're the

(38:36):
fast actor, early adopter type.
But you, if you're still here, you gotta try this thing out.
I promise you, you willwant to be early on this.
And we're in this kind of gap rightnow where this is in stealth mode.
This platform, this whole technologyhas not been talked about a lot yet.
So I've dedicated so much time tothis right now and why I've made a

(38:57):
whole company around this with AIbuild team, uh, with my partner Scott,
and we have an awesome team as well.
You probably saw Scott Duffy onmy podcast from previous episodes.
Uh, definitely go peek at thatif you haven't watched it.
Uh, but we would love to chat with youagain, hustle and a flowchart.com/audit.
Scan the code.

(39:17):
I'm gonna be here talking moreabout how to scale yourself.
I'm not always gonna be talking aboutDelphi and the cloning platform per se.
We'll talk a lot about it because it's.
Super interesting and timely.
Uh, but you'll see more from me infuture episodes and YouTube videos,
talking about how to scale yourself andourselves with the use of AI technology.

(39:39):
But also there's other things I haveup my sleeve on, you know, even on
like the, I'm, I've been doing some.
Wild, and it sounds totally different, but like things with longevity and
biohacking and toxin removal, likeI've been doing some wild things
that help expand my time therebecause I'm genuinely feeling better.
So with.
More time.

(39:59):
We're gonna want to make sure we're livinga great life all in the same regard.
I mean like we need to feel good if weknow we're going to be around for longer.
Technology is just evolving like crazy, and we don't know where AI can going and
we honestly don't have control over it.
But what I choose to do is be inthe middle of, okay, how do I take
control of what I. Can control.

(40:21):
And that's my knowledge and scalingwhat I can do, you know, with the
content I'm putting out there.
But also for myself, you know, Iwanna feel good, I wanna be good.
I want to be around my family and friendsand be connected as the world goes on.
And as things get more in thatautomation phase, I think we.

(40:42):
It's a time to reinvent ourselves.
So cloning is one of that, that part of that puzzle.
And then there's so muchmore that I get to chat with.
I'm also working on a book I'll sharewith you soon called You Scaled.
So that's coming out very soon.
I think that'll be the title.
Um, lots of fun stuff going.
Please reach out if you have anyquestions at all, you can always get
me over at joe@hustleandflowchart.com.

(41:06):
Ah, hopefully I don't get floodedby that, but hopefully I do.
And, uh, might take a moment to back toyou, but I will get back to everyone.
Thank you so much.
Appreciate you watching and hopeto we get to be chatting soon.
Get your audit.
Go check out cloned AI Joeand get yourself cloned too.
Alright, peace.
