In this episode, we explore the impactful work of the Mobile Outreach Safety Team (MOST). MOST is a collaborative effort between deputy sheriffs and licensed clinical social workers who work to address mental health crises, substance abuse issues, and suicidal emergencies. By providing crisis de-escalation, connecting individuals to community resources, and diverting them from the criminal justice system and emergency rooms, MOST enhances public safety. Learning Objectives:
