On November 13th, 1974 Ronald DeFeo Jr ran into a local bar shouting, “PLEASE! You’ve got to help me! I think my mother and father are shot!” All 6 bodies of Ronald’s family would be found murdered, face down in their beds. Were they asleep when they were attacked? Whoever killed them, must’ve gone systematically through the house, killing each of them with a large caliber rifle. But why did no one wake up? Could it be something more sinister lurking in the halls of 112 Ocean Avenue? When the Lutz family moved in 13 months after the murders, that’s exactly what they say was experienced in the house. Soon, they had infamous paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren at the scene.
