2023 has genuinely been like no other I’ve experienced since I started my business 17 years ago - with the cost of living crisis and the summer slump being so much worse than normal, this year I really did think I was going to quit my business. Spoiler alert - I didn’t! Wondering how I managed to shift my mindset so that I was able to keep on going?
