The 2018 re-imagining by Luca Guadagnina relies more on the performances of his incredible cast and an intricately layered plot for his film. A cast that includes Dakota Johnson, Tilda Swinton, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Mia Goth. Both movies challenge the senses with their dazzling visual, complex storytelling, and artful direction.
