You’ve done the courses, read the books, gotten the degree and yet you’re still not where you want to be. And it’s not because you’re lazy; it's ironically because you’ve worked too hard and overrepresented passive action. In today’s episode I reveal how to work smarter and not harder by leveraging massive action. Many of us remain in our comfort zone of passive action which is only 50% of the success equation, so I begin the episode by defining and differentiating passive and massive action, and explaining their appropriate contexts. I discuss the importance of embracing failure as the cornerstone of getting comfortable with massive action, and detail when to push outside of our comfort zones and when to rest. I end the episode with a practical exercise that will teach you how to break down your goal into passive and massive action points, and how to organize and execute them systematically. I invite you to do a 30 Day Challenge putting these steps into use. I’d love to hear about your progress via email or social media, and if you could do with more guidance along this journey, book a discovery call with me below. Boysober
Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
