Joy Muck Club

The Joy Muck Club podcast is a space for people with chronic illness to get real, get unstuck, and rediscover the joy of living fully. Together, we’ll dive into meaningful discussions and discover tools to help you cultivate a life that’s peaceful, playful, and full of joy. This is a loving, safe community where we can be honest about the bullshit that is chronic illness while learning how to grow into healthier, happier versions of ourselves. Hosted by Jenn Williams, a certified herbalist and life coach with years of experience navigating life with chronic illness, the podcast blends professional wisdom with personal insights to guide you through both struggles and successes. Expect plenty of cursing and sarcasm, along with lots of laughter as we navigate it all together. Through it all, we’ll celebrate the strength we find in each other and the joy that can still be found, even in the muck. Please reach out with your stories or questions at talktome@joymuckclub.com
