Laura Sauber is the CEO of Sauber Consulting, LLC. With over 25 years of healthcare experience, she is well-versed in the intricate challenges healthcare organizations face while navigating the complex federal and state regulatory landscape. Having worked in care delivery and health plan organizations spanning the United States, Laura draws from her extensive experiences as Vice President and Compliance Officer with prestigious organizations such as Kaiser Permanente and Elevance Health.

Laura is recognized not only as a strategic compliance leader, but also appreciated for her business acumen, innovative approach, and collaborative leadership style. Passionate about driving organizational integrity and performance, she thrives in working with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver compliance programs that go beyond “check the box” to creating trust with stakeholders and delivering a competitive advantage.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Irvine and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California. She is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) by the Compliance Certification Board.

Laura lives in Southern California with her husband and two teenage kids.
