Today we’re joined by Wellingtonian Fliss Roberts, a millennial who is passionate about technology and sustainability.
PlantMe was established three years ago and was driven out of Fliss' desire to make sustainability more accessible for everyone. She wanted to devise a system where everyone can take part and make meaningful action in climate change and be rewarded for that.
PlantMe’s platform is free to use and they also offer a subscription service to help you get started and keep going on your vegetable garden growing journey, as well as a digital growing guide.
In this interview she gives some environmentally-friendly growing techniques, tells how she was inspired to start this business by a six year old and her plans to take this business global.
