Sarah Pitta, co-founder of MitraSpec, shares how her search for a natural solution to pain and fatigue led her to discover Kratom in 2014. What began as a way to help her husband manage chronic back pain and keep his trucking job quickly became life-changing for both of them. Sarah emphasizes the importance of responsible use, education, and consumer transparency while encouraging newcomers to start low, stay hydrated, and measure doses accurately.
