Under the Umbrella Tree, the adorable people + puppets Canadian show that ran on Disney from 1990 - 1997 was a must watch in our household! We loved watching the roommate hijinks of Gloria Gopher, Iggy Iguana, Jacob Bluejay and Holly! We thought it would be fun to re-watch a couple episodes (most available on YouTube) and see if it still brought us cozy kid vibes. This show is so sweet and we're always here for those people and anthropomorphic animals romps but we had some questions! What's going on with Holly's wardrobe? How old are the animal roommates supposed to be? And why would Holly put up with roommates who don't pay rent, cook, clean orrrrr do anything but invite their chickadee friends over for lunch!?!!
