Chanie Gluck is joined by John Gwin, founder and CEO of The Auctus Group, a consulting firm specializing in financial and operational services for plastic surgeons and dermatologists. John is also the Vice Chair of the HBMA Innovations Committee and the president of a nonprofit called BRAVE Coalition Foundation. 

We delved into the unique structure of The Auctus Group, which employs over 100 team members across eight countries working remotely. John explained his innovative pod model, which fosters collaboration and empowers teams to make decisions collectively, rather than following a traditional hierarchical structure. This approach not only enhances organizational  communication but also promotes a strong company culture.
