We are at a unique point in human history where nature and technology meet and provide wonderful opportunities in business, ways of living and general sustainability moving forward. I share some documentary ideas and give my perspective on this exciting topic.

Anger is an aspect of fight, flight or freeze defensive mechanisms. Once this and the dynamics in which it works is understood, it can be integrated into who we are and therefore become manageable. Until then, it's simply a problem. I dive into this in great detail in this episode.
If you want to stay in an unhealthy situation, choose to stay consciously. If you want to stay angry about something, stay angry consciously. If you choose consciously instead of rationalizing and blaming, you'll eventually choose something different on your own terms.
