In this episode I discuss Identity. Our social conditioning plays a huge role in how we react to situations and our identity is based off of our experiences and social conditioning. As we begin to live in the present moment more and more, we can let go of our identity and therefore let go of the unconscious patterns that are reacting to life. We can now begin to lean on Divine Wisdom flowing through us to interact with life.
