The concert season is surely up on us and I feel like I'm already in full swing!!
In this MUSIC INSPIRED episode I'm here to share with you 2 of my most recent musical experiences. I recently attended performances by the Hawaiian Jam Rock band KANEKOA, and looper extraordinaire KELLER WILLIAMS! BOTH are performers NOT to be missed!!

I spent my late teens, 20's & early 30's in a rather unwell mental state. I was roaring through the world like a tornado, generally unaware of how my behavior was regularly harming those around me and equally harming myself in ways that had me in a viscious cycle of self abuse.

A recent challenging life experience made it very clear to me that I am truly living a life beyond my wildest dreams! The experience itself wasn't some sort of immediate tragic life altering situation, but rather something that most likely happens to MANY of us, and possibly even on a daily basis. That being said, this experience really brought into focus, for me, how this life I'm living is better than anything I would have chosen...
