10. SOUND: Healing Vibrations for Body and Soul

Did you know that recent studies show that sound healing (with Tibetan singing bowls) and sound therapy can help autistic children? Singing crystal bowls help the autistic child to connect more fully and find balance and comfort in their bodies. 

 

Today we're going to learn about different modalities of healing, with a focus on sound! My guest, Julia Everson, is the CEO of Touch Massage & Reiki, LLC and has been working as a therapist for 11 years. Her massage body work is centered around neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release. She uses bio-feed backs techniques and intuition.

She is a certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master & Teacher. She's been certified as a Reiki practitioner for the past 9 years and continues her education on a monthly basis. Reiki is an ancient healing modality designed to re-align the neurological energetics of the body by laying of hands on the body intuitively. It can ease pain both emotionally and physically.

She enjoys working with clients who are moving through major life changes, relationships, decision making, physical & emotion pains, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, cancer, and much more.
