Representation for the Bottom was created by Marcelles Queen in 2023 to help counter gun violence and youth crime in Washington D.C neighborhoods Congress Heights in southeast and Congress Park in northwest D.C. We focus on family development, and intensive mentorship. Our program has proven that by providing parents an extra level of support at home and at school, we are able to change dynamics of continued juvenile delinquency.
