A get-well-soon card to us all, Loose Bruce Kerr's latest parody of the Beatles, "The Long and Winding Road." Bruce sings live over his recording of his orchestral tracks, put together in his studio, "The Garage" in northern California.
Bruce had a 20 year career in entertainment, performing and writing his songs and parodies (over 100 plays on the Doctor Demento Show) before resuming his law career. He is currently semi-retired after 23 years at both Sun Microsystems (Assistant General Counsel) and at Oracle (Deal Manager/negotiator).
Bruce records his vocals and instruments one at a time, using a TASCAM 32-track digital studio. He sings live over his background tracks for his videos. His hometown hero in Waukesha, Wisconsin growing up was Les Paul, the inventor of multitrack recording, as well as one of the inventors of the electric guitar.
Back in the day, Loose Bruce Kerr opened for "Weird Al" Yankovic.
