In this week's episode of Lunch and Learn with Dr. Berry, let's discuss breaking out of your comfort zone. After multiple conversations with family, friends, and even patients, I believe it is necessary to discuss the importance of stepping outside of your comfort zone, particularly as we approach the halfway point of the year.
So this was a combination of things and situations that I encountered over the last week, and I realized that I hadn't done a business/medicine/podcast in a minute, so I said, "Let's bring another one back." So today, we are going to talk about why the comfort zone is called the danger zone because it's become a problem for a lot of individuals, almost like quicksand.
Episode 223 will discuss the following:
-Looking back at the first half of the year
-What is the comfort zone
-Why it's hard to leave
-How do we get out of the comfort zone
Join me in today's audio episode as we discuss what the comfort zone is, why I consider it a danger zone for many individuals, and why leaving it is so difficult.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
