💬 "We are not into trends — we are into transformations. Following a trend when you're trying to make a transformation will never succeed."

⚡ In this episode, I break down why 80% of people fall off their New Year's resolutions by February, and what you can do differently to make 2026 the year you actually transform. I talk about SMART goals, tiny habits, accountability, environment design, and the mindset shifts that separate short-term trends from real long-term change. No more vague goals or trend-chasing—just intentional steps that help you get past March and keep going.

🎧 Stay tuned to find out:

  • Things you can do to ensure 2026 is going to be a good year
  • Why SMART goals beat vague resolutions every single time
  • The power of small steps in building big transformations
  • Why your environment and support system matter more than your willpower (and should be set up for success)
