The cocktail of the week is the Holland House:
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Old Duff Genever
- 20ml dry vermouth
- 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 7.5ml maraschino liqueur
- Garnish: lemon zest
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake for 15 seconds
- Fine strain into a martini or coupe glass
- Garnish with a lemon zest
