I AM Here with Lainie Dent

In this episode of the I AM podcast series, I am so excited to announce @iamlainiedent Lainie Dent as the next speaker in this incredible event!

Lainie is an empowerment and spiritual life coach. She began her spiritual and wellness journey in 2018 when she reached her breaking point with her mental and physical health. It was at this time she realized she had jumped from one hamster wheel to a new bedazzled one. It was at this moment that the HONOR CODE was born. The Honor Code is her signature method of Calling in the life we desire, Owning our story, Ditching what no longer serves us and Embodying our next level self while honoring our experiences, our unique makeup (codes), & our unique energy along the way.

Through honoring her unique journey, she realized that the ultimate healing and power exists within ourselves. That we are the ultimate authority in our lives and we get to choose the narrative. The labels don't mean anything. She believes we evolve into our highest self when we own our story, our past, our unique energy and emotions and allow them to direct our healing vs hold us back. Lainie discovered that this our DIVINE ASSIGNMENT, the life we were destined for - it comes alive through this physical vessel.

Through her training as a Reiki master, embodiment and Love Vibe Facilitator, Lainie has guided tons of women in creating their dreams through coming home to themselves and finding their power within by connecting mind, body and soul.
