When it comes to creating the life or business you want, the biggest barrier is often the story you keep telling yourself about who you are. Identity urges are the habitual patterns your brain offers up that reinforce the version of yourself you've always believed to be true. These urges can feel as permanent as your DNA, keeping you stuck in old habits and sabotaging even the best-laid plans.

In this episode, I share how shifting your perspective from seeing these habits as fixed traits to seeing them as urges completely changed how I approach personal transformation. From breaking free of the "I'm always tired" story to moving past a victim mentality and the "I'm a hot mess" identity, I walk through how to notice the urge, sit with it, and choose differently. By learning to observe and respond differently to your urges, you can build a version of yourself capable of achieving far more than you imagined.
