Last week, we learned to recognize that marketing is not an action, but a discipline. And the discipline of marketing leads to the three activities: client fulfillment, lead conversion, and lead generation. Identifying how it fuels each of those is essential to effective marketing. Advertising is only a tiny part of marketing, and it’s a disservice to the art to stop the discussion there.
