Durante años, he observado cómo muchas de nosotras, especialmente las jóvenes cristianas, navegamos el mundo de las relaciones románticas sintiéndonos pérdidas entre dos mundos: el de nuestra fe y el de la cultura actual.
Mi propia experiencia me ha enseñado que esta confusión puede causar heridas profundas. He visto amistades destruidas, corazones rotos y fe tambaleante cuando tratamos de mezclar los valores del mundo con los principios bíblicos. También he sido testigo de la paz y satisfacción que viene cuando construimos relaciones basadas firmemente en la Palabra de Dios.
Mi motivación para crear este espacio de conversación nace de un deseo genuino de ayudarnos mutuamente a redescubrir la sabiduría divina en cuanto a las relaciones. No pretendo tener todas las respuestas, pero sí creo firmemente que la Biblia ofrece un camino claro que conduce a relaciones sanas, satisfactorias a Dios.
Vivimos en una época donde los términos como 'exclusividad', 'compromiso' y 'noviazgo' han perdido su significado original. Hoy navegamos entre 'situationships', 'amigos con derechos', 'relaciones abiertas' y un sinfín de etiquetas ambiguas que nos dejan inseguros sobre dónde estamos parados.
Aunque no comparo a la mujer con un coche, te hablo de la diferencia entre el alquiler a la compra y la importancia que se le da a un coche cuando es tuyo y cuando solo lo estás rentando. Así es con la relación...pero mejor escucha el episodio
